The rooms
Our rooms were designed from the outset to be a symbol of hospitality, cleanliness and simplicity. A welcome that also comes through accessibility: both rooms are on the ground floor and fully accessible, with spaces designed for guests of every need. Equipped with all comforts — Smart TV, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, mini fridge — clean lines and light colours to guarantee relaxation after a busy day.
Outside: a large garden, relaxation areas with sun loungers and a hammock, and a hilltop as a backdrop to our sunsets.
Breakfast
Breakfast is one of the highlights of the property. Francesca puts a lot of passion into always experimenting with new recipes: from home-made bread to croissants, from cakes to savoury dishes, there is always something new to try. Let yourselves be pampered with a menu that changes every morning and follows the guests' tastes and the seasonality of the ingredients.

About us
Francesca, from Rome, brings her passion for hospitality and the warmth typical of her homeland. Fabio, from the heart of the Dolomiti Bellunesi, adds his love of nature and outdoor sports. They both fell in love with Friuli and, after spending time abroad, found their home here at the foot of Cividale. Kelly, their boxer dog, has been their companion for nine years — the small guardian of the guest house.
